Cancellation Policy
Effective date: [Insert publication date]
Recharge and bill payment requests are often sent to the provider as soon as you confirm them. Please read this page before you pay.
1. General Policy
A recharge or bill payment is a request to pay a third-party provider. DRAMIVO PRIVATE LIMITED can consider a cancellation only while the request has not been completed and only where the provider still allows it. Many requests are processed immediately.
This page does not remove rights you have under applicable law. Where a payment fails, the Refund & Reversal Policy explains what happens to the money.
2. Before Processing
Before you confirm, you can leave the review step and no payment is made. Once you confirm and the request has been sent, cancellation is no longer in your hands alone. If the status is still open and the provider has not applied the service, contact support at once with the transaction ID. We will ask the provider whether the request can be stopped. There is no assurance that it can.
3. After Successful Processing
A successful recharge may be irreversible once the operator or DTH provider has processed it. A bill payment that the biller has accepted is a completed payment to that biller. We cannot cancel it from our side after that point.
Any later reversal depends on the provider’s rules and on applicable law. If the provider agrees to a reversal, it is handled under the Refund & Reversal Policy.
4. Failed or Pending Transactions
You do not need to cancel a transaction that has already failed. If money was taken, use the refund process and keep the reference.
A pending transaction should be left to reach a final status. Making another payment, or asking for a cancellation and a new payment at the same time, can create a duplicate. Check the original status first.
5. Contact Support
Email dramivoind@atomicmail.io or call +91 96190 16136. Include the transaction ID, date, amount and the mobile or consumer number, with any payment proof that does not show secrets such as a card number, UPI PIN or OTP.
Support details are also on the Contact Us page.
