These terms govern use of the Recharg.co website. They should be read with the policies linked below and checked by the company before publication.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Recharg.co website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. When a payment service is enabled, confirming a payment also means you accept the charges and details shown for that transaction, together with these terms and the Refund & Reversal Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you use the website for someone else, you confirm that you are authorised to give their details and to make the payment.
3. Description of Services
Recharg.co is a digital platform intended to provide access to supported recharge and bill payment services. The Services page describes categories such as mobile recharge, DTH recharge and selected utility bills.
The present website is informational. It does not itself complete a recharge or bill payment. A category can be used for a live transaction only after the relevant operator or biller, the technical integration and any required approval are in place. Listing a category on the website is not a statement that it is operational.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you submit. Before you confirm a payment you should check:
- the mobile number, subscriber ID, consumer number or other identifier;
- the operator, DTH provider or biller;
- the amount, including any charge that is shown; and
- that the service is the one you intend to pay.
A successful recharge or bill payment made with details you entered is difficult to undo. See the Cancellation Policy.
5. Payments and Charges
When a checkout is available, the amount payable, and any convenience fee or tax that applies, will be shown before you confirm. Payment methods are those offered at that time. They can differ by service and by payment provider.
You authorise the amount you confirm. This website does not ask you to store a card or UPI PIN with us. Do not send payment credentials by email or through the contact form.
6. Transaction Processing
A transaction can be successful, failed or pending. Completion time depends on the operator, biller, payment provider and network. A pending status means the final outcome is not confirmed. Check that transaction before you pay again for the same service.
We do not promise that every attempt will succeed, or that a result will appear within a fixed time.
7. Refunds and Reversals
Refunds and reversals follow the Refund & Reversal Policy and applicable law. Eligibility depends on the actual outcome, the payment provider and the service provider. A successful recharge that the provider has already applied may not be refundable.
8. Service Availability
Services depend on the relevant provider and on the integration that is enabled. An operator or biller can be unavailable, can reject a request, or can be removed. Maintenance, a provider outage or a missing approval can interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
9. Third-Party Services
Recharge and bill payment depend on third parties. Their own terms can apply to the mobile connection, DTH subscription, utility account or payment method. Trademarks of those parties belong to their owners. Nothing on this website transfers those rights.
10. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- give false transaction details or use the website for a number or account you are not allowed to pay;
- attempt to interfere with the website, its forms or any future payment flow;
- use the website for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose; or
- copy the site in bulk or misrepresent your connection with Recharg.co.
11. Intellectual Property
The Recharg.co name, logo and the text of this website are owned by DRAMIVO PRIVATE LIMITED or used with permission. You may view the pages for your own use. You may not copy the logo or present the site as your own.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DRAMIVO PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for loss caused by incorrect details you submitted, by a delay or refusal at an operator, biller or payment provider, or by a service that was not enabled.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where that Act applies.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when a new version is posted. Continued use of the website after the new date is posted is acceptance of the updated terms for use of the website. A transaction already confirmed stays on the terms shown at that time, together with rights that the law does not allow us to change.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any forum that the law requires, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. This clause does not remove a right to approach a consumer commission or another authority where the law gives you that right.
